Busy Adults, Moderate Exercise Experience,
Our group strength training classes are designed for people who want to train with purpose. Whether you’re a former athlete, weekend warrior, or simply looking for more structure in your workouts, our programs help you build strength, move better, and feel more capable in everyday life.
We train everyday athletes—adults who want to get stronger, stay active, and build the physical capacity to do the things they enjoy.
What makes our approach different:
Progressive programming: Structured training that builds week over week, so you’re consistently making progress—not just getting through another workout.
Small group coaching: Personalized attention from coaches who know your goals, experience, and limitations.
Coaching that prioritizes quality: We challenge you to work hard while emphasizing proper technique, smart progressions, and long-term results.
Training for all experience levels: Every workout can be adjusted to meet you where you are, whether you’ve been lifting for years or are picking up a barbell for the first time.
Our approach is rooted in athletic performance, but you don’t have to be a competitive athlete to benefit from it. Just a willingness to show up, put in the work, and get stronger over time.
Come experience our classes for 2 weeks and see why our members LOVE them!

I’ve been training at Athlab for a while now and I can’t say enough good things about it! The semi-private training they offer is the perfect balance — you get practically the same amount of attention as personal training but it makes each session much more affordable. If you’ve never formally worked with a trainer before honestly it is a game changer. Joe who is the owner has a novel approach to training and is always introducing me to new movements that keep the workouts interesting and effective (and I’ve been strength training for a long time now so that says a lot coming from me!). He’ll meet you wherever you are in your fitness level and is always able to make modifications throughout the workouts as needed. The atmosphere in the gym is never intimidating or crowded, it would be great environment for anyone starting out who wants to get into strength training or anyone who is tired of competing for space or racks at the bigger gyms in the area. All around I highly recommend!Posted on Google![]()

I cannot recommend Jon, Joe and his team enough. I walked in over a year ago not knowing anything other than cardio. I took personal training with Jon for almost a year and transformed myself, before switching to group classes. They will help you every step of the way. If you haven't even stepped foot in a gym and don't know where to begin, all you need to do is reach out!Posted on Google![]()

Out of all the gyms I have trained at in my life, Athlab is the best. The atmosphere, the advice from trainers and the people that train there make it a perfect fit for me.Posted on Google![]()

Highly recommended. As a totally new gym-goer, I felt welcome at the Athlab and had a great experience with their personal trainers, Brandon and Cameron. Joe makes his gym welcoming for all fitness and expertise levels!Posted on Google![]()

I joined group classes over 7 years ago – never having worked out a day in my life – and I have absolutely loved the experience and I have never felt stronger or more fit in my life! Daily workouts vary so there is never a time to get complacent, and the workouts build from week 1 to week 4 every month. Both new to the gym and those who have been coming here for years face new challenges every week. Joe and Jon are extremely knowledgeable, keeping up to date on new trends and ways to maximize our workouts. Check out the AthLab – you will not be disappointed!Load more
