At The AthLab, our 1-0n-1 training is approached with an athletic mindset, enabling our clients to reach their peak fitness potential. Our staff includes former collegiate athletes with years of experience in lifting and learning from some of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the country. Clients are carefully coached through every workout, ensuring safety and fast-tracking them toward their goals. Whether you’re looking to gain size and strength, be more exlposive, or just shed some excess fat and tone up, our coaches can get you there!

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

60 MINUTE SESSIONS

An incredibly detailed workout experience, uniquely designed for your goals. We start with a dynamic warmup and specific prehab exercises meant to ramp up your central nervous system and get your muscles prepped for what’s programmed for that day. Once we have that out of the way, its time to get down to business with a high-powered workout meant to challenge your body in ways it never has been challenged before. Take your time after the session to foam roll and stretch the muscles targeted to give you a jump-start on your recovery for your next workout.

Come in for a tour of the gym and meet your trainer in person! We’ll be able to talk more about your fitness goals and expectations, and we’ll go over our training philosophy and process in more detail. We’ll also answer any questions you may have. Then, we’ll put you through a workout that will give you a chance to experience our training, and will help us establish a benchmark of your physical ability.
