The semi-private training they offer is the perfect balance — you get practically the same amount of attention as personal training but it makes each session much more affordable. If you’ve never formally worked with a trainer before honestly it is a game changer. Joe who is the owner has a novel approach to training and is always introducing me to new movements that keep the workouts interesting and effective (and I’ve been strength training for a long time now so that says a lot coming from me!). He’ll meet you wherever you are in your fitness level and is always able to make modifications throughout the workouts as needed. The atmosphere in the gym is never intimidating or crowded, it would be great environment for anyone starting out who wants to get into strength training or anyone who is tired of competing for space or racks at the bigger gyms in the area.
