THE EXPERIMENTAL GROUP
Duration: 45 min
Theres nothing worse than jumping into a group class and being totally lost by complicated moves or left in the dust by everyone else. In the AthLab’s Experimental Group class, you don’t have to worry about either of those situations. With a max capacity of 10 per class, this group training environment was designed to provide you with quality attention to ensure you’re given every chance to succeed and progress with your fitness goals!
When: M-F 6am/430pm/530pm, Sat 9am

Want an effective and well-designed workout but also don’t want to feel like youre spending an eternity at the gym? As a trimmed down, warp speed version of the popular Experimental Group, Exeleration is just what you need. Maxing out at 30 minutes, this class was designed for those on-the-go. Get in, get it done, get out.

What to expect
Proper hydration and nutrition is essential. Show up 5-10 minutes early with a water bottle and maybe a towel to mop up lake Michigan after you’re done.
Push harder than you ever have. The instructor will help motivate you, but true motivation needs to come from you. You have to want it!
Mobilize, stretch and grab a protein shake to help recover and be ready to go for the next session.
