Joining The Athlab has absolutely changed my perspective on being physically active and challenging myself. The morning classes get my day started off right and I really like that every class has a different challenging workout (and usually a great playlist too). I have some pretty significant issues with my knee and the coach is always prepared to give me a modification that still challenges me but doesn’t put me at risk of injury.
Every person I’ve come in contact with at The Athlab has been friendly, kind, and supportive. I’ve seen more progress with my physical fitness in the three months of attending classes and doing workouts at The Athlab than I ever have being a member of a franchised gym.
